For two years I was the Lower School Leader at Liphook Junior School before returning to Rogate as the SENDCo and then Deputy Headteacher. I have been a Staff Governor for 3 years and I am responsible for managing and reporting on Pupil Premium and Special Educational Needs. I am also a Level 3 trained Forest School Teacher and founded the Forest School at Rogate Primary School 6 years ago.

I have no financial business related involvement with the school. Chris has worked in IT for over 30 years and is currently employed by a UK banking group. He has been a school governor for 19 years at Lavant CE Primary School and during that time has supported governors at other primary schools, both locally and elsewhere in West Sussex. He was designated a National Leader of Governance in March 2015 and has been a governor at Rogate since February 2016.
Teacher at both Rake and Rogate Currently I have no financial business related involvement with the Organisation. I have been teaching for over 25 years in a variety of schools both overseas and in the UK. I've been at Rogate for 3 years and at Rake since January. In my career I have taught EYFS, KS1, KS2 and KS3 children each with their own delights and difficulties but loved what they ave each taught me. I have led English, Computing and Science in many of those schools and I was part of the SLT as head of Pastoral for a Primary School I taught at in Thailand. STEM is now my particular area of interest and passion, my aim being for our federation to become a good example of hands on, active learning with children who can explore the engineering side of their talents. This requires building external links as well as the experiences of the staff, in order to deliver an exciting curriculum.
