Teacher at both Rake and Rogate
Currently I have no financial business related involvement with the Organisation.
I have been teaching for over 25 years in a variety of schools both overseas and in the UK. I've been at Rogate for 3 years and at Rake since January. In my career I have taught EYFS, KS1, KS2 and KS3 children each with their own delights and difficulties but loved what they ave each taught me. I have led English, Computing and Science in many of those schools and I was part of the SLT as head of Pastoral for a Primary School I taught at in Thailand. STEM is now my particular area of interest and passion, my aim being for our federation to become a good example of hands on, active learning with children who can explore the engineering side of their talents. This requires building external links as well as the experiences of the staff, in order to deliver an exciting curriculum.
