Appointed Associate Governor June 2019. About me: I have been working in the education sector for 20 years. I am a Designated Safeguarding Lead overseeing Safeguarding and Child Protection for a group of international schools in the UK and Qatar. My role promotes the safety and pastoral well-being of children and young people. My belief is effective pastoral care greatly supports educational success. Unsafe or unhappy children will fail to thrive. Additionally, I have worked with the Boarding Schools’ Association as a tutor for their Health and Development module which was accredited by Roehampton University.
