About me: I have three boys, my youngest two attending Stedham Primary. I have a degree in Philosophy and an MBA with a marketing specialism. I spent ten years in marketing management where the main emphasis of my work was strategic planning. In 2000 I set up my own practice working as an acupuncturist. I have a PGCE and have worked for two years as a Key Stage 2 class teacher. I am particularly interested in pastoral care; recognising and encouraging each individual child's unique talents and interests; teaching the skills required of children for the future workplace; education research; visual and open-ended mathematics teaching.

About me: I am a student of literature and history and have worked in the creative media industry, secondary and higher education, consumer electronics product design and development, financial fraud investigation, business intelligence, and experience design. I am currently a data strategist, working to design data analytic and visual reporting systems, workflows, and data governance for a group of International Schools. From 2016-2018, I am a fellow at the strategic data project, an initiative of the Centre for Education Policy Research, at Harvard University.
Currently has no financial or business involvement with the school Appointed Associate Governor June 2019.
About me: I have been working in the education sector for 20 years. I am a Designated Safeguarding Lead overseeing Safeguarding and Child Protection for a group of international schools in the UK and Qatar. My role promotes the safety and pastoral well-being of children and young people. My belief is effective pastoral care greatly supports educational success. Unsafe or unhappy children will fail to thrive. Additionally, I have worked with the Boarding Schools’ Association as a tutor for their Health and Development module which was accredited by Roehampton University.
Member of local (Graffham) PCC Director of boarding, housemaster and assistant head of sixth form at Seaford College. About me: I am currently director of boarding at Seaford College and have been working there as housemaster and assistant head of sixth form for the past six years. Prior to thins I was assistant housemaster at Stowe School in Buckinghamshire. I teach business studies and economics although find myself increasingly taking on more and more of a pastoral role at Seaford.
I have two small children (Lily and Freddie) who are part of the Duncton and Graffham Schools Federation and my wife (Augusta) teaches with me at Seaford.
Outside of school time we enjoy travelling, walking and spending time together as a family. We have a house in the Lake District and spend most of our holidays up there.
